HVAC Website
This website, created for an Atlanta-based HVAC company, was designed and developed through my company, Blueprint Digital, in the winter of 2017-2018. As the lead designer and developer on this project, I saw this process through from start to finish. In order to increase customer conversion (in the form of scheduled appointments), I created a modernized, streamlined UI, which enabled users to quickly and easily access the information they were looking for.
Process
One important element in this design is the sticky message button, which can always be found in the bottom-left corner of the user's viewport. On this site, every page provides a new conversion opportunity - and it's crucial that users be able to quickly and easily schedule a consultation. In addition to being able to schedule an appointment on any page, users encounter strategic call-to-action's throughout the site. A clear hierarchy of information allows frustrated homeowners to quickly sift through content, instead of getting bogged down in paragraphs of irrelevant technical information.

The finished site has a simplified interface allows visitors to quickly find information relating to their issue, and contact the company for prompt heating or cooling assistance.
